CUTLINE INFORMATION: The driving suit of a modern day racer is woven of the latest fire retardant materials and adorned with brightly colored logos and patches. The driving suit of 1961 Formula One World Champion Phil Hill however, closer resembles a pair of pajamas than the padded and protected suits of today. Oh how the times have changed!
Visitors to the International Motorsports Hall of Fame and Museum (IMHOF) will find more than fast cars and championship trophies on display. Showcases throughout the IMHOF display the evolution of driver equipment and safety gear.
